出租就是欺骗！我这里有一老印夫妇，买了房，空关，就让孩子开车上学，房子当停车场。你拿这就没办法。

Bruce Rauner, the governor of Illinois, main residence is in Winnetka, Illinois and the public school is New Trier High School.  But he wants his daughter to go to Walter Payton High School in Chicago, so he bought a condo in the city.  His daughter went to that high school.  It was not good for public opinion, but it is legal.
