做地主，不要给出租房带加以下的features, 避免维修费用。

1. Garbage disposal:  I always remove garbage disposal before renting.  

2. Remove dishwasher if possible.  

3. Replace ceiling fans with regular light fixtures.

4. Semi-gloss paint instead of flat paint finish. 

5. Remove and never install funace humidifier.

6. Install regular size white blinds only, no curtains and drapers.

7. Remove build in microwave.

8. Do not provide lawn mower and snow blower.

9. Do not porvide washer/dryer if possible.

10.  Do not provide refrigerator with ice maker.
