抛砖引玉，业余小地主的2017小结

地主网有年终总结的传统。虽然今年的注意力已转向股市和其他投资，2017年也没买新的物业，但是也没卖出任何房产，还算是地主，可以小结一下。

刚才网上查了一下，结果还蛮不错啊。

24个独立房2017年涨了$76万。 年毛租金$38万，纯现金估计$28万。基本没贷款。
