HELOC的利息支出能否抵股票投资收益？

今年从HELOC借钱10万刀投资股票获得收益9千，那么从HELOC借来的利息费用8千是否可以作为税收抵扣来减少资本收益呢？感觉是瞎折腾帮华尔街打工了
