还不到半年。之前是7年的ARM，但去年利率涨得厉害，我老婆怕了，赶快做了个30年的。

刚做完利率就开始狂跌，搞得我家领导每天如丧考妣、呼天抢地，非要我干点儿什么给找补回来。所以现在又考虑做Refinance，图个耳根子清净。
