你把"# of financed properties"和"# of cash-out"的概念搞混了，

房贷里没有"max # of cash-out"的说法，只有"max # of financed properties"的说法。以前房贷的要求是：

(1) 如果是出租房的房贷的话，不管是purchase，refi还是cash-out，"max # of financed properties"曾经是4个，现在早就增加到10个，而且还可以夫妻分开算（也就是夫妻每个人名下可以有10个financed properties；

(2) 自住房的房贷不受"max # of financed properties"的限制。
