厕所装修材料价格对吗

最近在出租房子加一个厕所。那种最经济型的， 马桶，洗脸台和shower。半年前定好的今年开年开工，定好了价格和开工时间。中国工人， 他负责所有看不见的材料费用 （就是那些里面的管道，cement, grout, drywall, wood, 电线等等）。 我负责买看得见的材料，所有的水龙头，洗脸台，马桶，shower pan, shower door, 瓷砖，灯，珊， 门，油漆等等。结果前几天开工前一天，打电话，说材料人工都涨价了。他不能包材料了。他可以替我买材料，但我要负责费用。我当时不想再等了，也只好答应.  结果今天给我提供了十几张receipt. 里面各种东西。总价钱大概1200.  我以前做过不少厕所，记得这种材料费用大概不到500。 不知道是不是这个工人是不是在里面夹带私货还是材料费确实涨了一倍。麻烦又最近做厕所的朋友交流一下。十几张receipt. 实在懒得一张张对。
