几个疑问！

LZ既然买拍卖房，怎么会排出市场价来？按市场价来，还买拍卖房干什么？如果真是这样，LZ一开始就错了，或者糊涂了。这个agent有责任，但主要责任在于LZ自己。

第二种可能，市场价比LZ认为的高，比如15、16万，LZ只付12.5万，即使加上那5千，也比市场价便宜近20%。LZ还有什么好抱怨的，赶快赶上被子偷笑吧！
