I live in Chicago

The problem is that my agent did not mention that I need to pay unpaid balance when he suggested me to put offer on a foreclsoue. If he told me that, I would not put any offer  let alone to put offer at markert price.

Obviously he wanted  his commision. This makes me really angry since there are still many other choice in market.
