这是更年期潮热还是anxiety？

最近一阵阵发热，从心里烦躁，上半身热，尤其脑门，头，脖子，胸口，还微微有汗。 尤其上班戴着口罩，一阵阵的热泛上来，真心烦，都有点喘不上气，快要晕过去了。 一天能有很多次，而且越来越频繁。 热下去也快，几秒钟，不到1，2分钟。 有时候觉得很神奇，好像是个能发热的锅炉，啥时候想热就热起来。 这是传说中的更年期潮热吗？
