最近买房中,下周close,发现律师费3690。 买的是常规的single family home,买房过程也很正常。别这么高的律师费吓到了,我们这嘎达这种情况律师费800到1500。问律师要了收费明细如下:之前一次未成的买卖,我们在attoney review 第二天退出。这个费用不包含正常的closing cost. title啥的费用都是另外收的。询问律师几个不明费用,I.e 为啥title公司收了我们title search费,你又要收title exam? 你的1450律师费到底包含啥?为啥email, fax还要另收?之类的。律师不回答,无赖的说 no fee/cost is necessary, I wish I could work for nothing..
