retainer是给未来工作的预付

B. 你说过：
（1）retainer agreement said： "You agree to pay the sum of $3,900 as a fee deposit. A new retainer will be requested upon original retainer being exhausted."
（2）"她前一阵bill的超过了retainer $1800，但是她让我付了这多出的$1800后，再给她一个retainer."

3. 所以，她“前一阵”做得工作价值是3900+1800=5700. 这一部分钱你现在就要付，是bill，不是retainer。

4. 你需要付新的retainer (fee in advance!!!), 根据B.(1)。

你要当心，律师fire客户的事情经常发生，不一定只是客户fire律师。
