楼主的帖子很散，不容易数清楚费用

你数字都看错了，现在只有一下三笔过去现在将来的三笔钱：

1. 过去： 楼主已经支付了开始的3900(retainer).

2. 现在： 律师工作超过3900了1800，干了5700的活，楼主还没有付1800。工作费用现在就要付，不是retainer。

3. 将来：以后的retainer是为将来的工作费用。和过去的工作无关。

最后，没有deposit这个东西，不要随便加似是而非的名词混淆楼主的思想。
