Take some sleeping pills at first. Then cut down the dosage gradually. But at the same time you should do exercises and message helpful acccupuncture points.I could only sleep two hours each night for months and it was a torturing peoriod. I went to a psychiatrist and I had some depression medication. I have been on very low dosage ( half a tablet) for months. I can sleep very well now. Don't lose hope but be patient. Your insomnia will be cured if you persist in trying different methods.
