positive outlook for life,then most,if not all,problems will go away.It seems you never worked out regularly before,so I would suggest that you start with a personal trainer,who can design a program that best fits your needs and can teach you the right forms of exercising.Otherwise,you may hurt yourself if you just run for 5 miles.Oh,one more thing,you may need to see a doctor first to decide how fit you are to start working out,that is,if your heart can take intensive aerobic exercises,for example.You may have to start by just walking,and then gradually move to more intensive aerobics and strength training.If you can keep working out,you'll find the quality of all aspects of your life improving.I personally believe that medications should be avoided,if possible.
