以前跟娃提过买房的事情，娃说将来不买房，要租房，娃不喜欢在同样的房子里住太久。最近小区一住户把刚买的房子出租，带家具的。

房子装修的很漂亮，月租金8000元，房子的买价是2M。

如果租这个房子，一年大概花费10万美金。我把2M放在VOO里，平均每年涨10%，一年就是20万美金。

这样算下来，租房挺好的。我以前总觉着买房比租房好。我miss什么了吗？
