盯着chatGPT 问，终于明白了为什么投行要提前一年半招人

假设GPT的信息是对的，它的意思是，提前一年半定好，不是给你定心丸躺平的，而是要你用下面的一年时间自我培训，以准员工身份要求，不拿工资自我培训的。这么说听着还挺合理的。

家里没有任何人在这行，在紫檀总听说这个提前一年半的，原来一直很不理解。
