My boys are (2 and half) and (4 and half), the girl in front of us is short than my 2 year old. I think those small ball hard candies have chocking hazard to kids. My kids walked all the time by themselves. I always tell them, just 1 please, and say thank you. Some store gave them 3 or 4 pieces each, by putting their bags. I don't care what they got until this time. They are not going to eat most of those candies they got at all. Some people are nice, just say, can they have nuts (for MM nuts one)?
We handed out those small bags of pretzels at Halloween night with candies.
This is not about if I paid for it. It is about equity.
But, I still believe people should not go trick treat without custom, especially for those small one carried in your arm. I did see some Chinese carried baby without custom went trick treat.
