.close colleague friends. One graduated from P and the other from S. This past Spring, we told them about our college trip to California. We visited some Southern CA schools because my son is interested in engineering. They all highly recommended their alma mater, but none of them couraged us with MIT. One of them used the word "trade school" to describe it--that caught me with a little surprise :)

Both of them have PhDs in engineering. so not typical liberal arts people.
