老二鼻子老不通，带了去看了鼻科医生不管用，请教各位。

鼻科医生要求做了两次过敏检测，结果显示是他对很多东西过敏，要求看过敏专科，鼻科医生推荐了两个过敏专家，但能预约到的都要一年！！

请问各位，在看到过敏专家之前，有啥好方法减轻症状？（吃过敏药也不管用）

中医能行吗？
他每天有一段时间鼻子不通，非常痛苦，搞得全家鸡犬不宁…
