the number of marbles must be an integer
so that the total is 13*n+24.
n can only be even since there are 1/4 of them are white.
Let's try n=2, 4, 6, 8. when n=8, the total can be divided by four.

So n=8. There are total 128 marbles, 32 of them are white.
