什么时候开始教小孩加减法？

儿子现在21个月，会用中文从1数到15，用英文从1数到12（剩下的就开始乱数了 ^_^）。不知道现在是应该教他加减法，还是教他单词（he knows letters and phonics)。但是感觉上对于这两个他的接受力都不太强。不知道是不是应该坚持下去...
