Ohio CollegeAdvantage, which offers savings accounts and CDs through Fifth Third Bank
College Savings Bank, which offers CDs through Arizona's and Montana's 529 plans
North Carolina's National College Savings Program, which offers the Federally-Insured Deposit Account, insured by the NCUA
Wisconsin's Edvest 529 plan, which also offers CD investment options, but they are not FDIC-insured
