  • Ohio CollegeAdvantage, which offers savings accounts and CDs through Fifth Third Bank
  • College Savings Bank, which offers CDs through Arizona's and Montana's 529 plans
  • North Carolina's National College Savings Program, which offers the Federally-Insured Deposit Account, insured by the NCUA
  • Wisconsin's Edvest 529 plan, which also offers CD investment options, but they are not FDIC-insured
