2 months is still early.

What you described about her behaviour is very normal and typical of the "separation" period. Plus the language barrier and possibly a sensitive presonality, it makes her lack security at school. She will have to feel totally comfortable at school before she becomes happy and totally herself. What have the teachers do to help her adapting? This statement "Daycare的老师说实在不行请个专家来观察一下", honestly, is not a good sign in term of the quality of the teacher--she does not quite understand kids this age. The only thing you can do really is to find the best preschool for her (one that fits her the best). For the rest, time will help. Kids all go through this stage, sooner or later, longer of shorter. If the school is right, little or no damage is done.
