Totally agree! It's just a matter of time if the teacher is good enough. My daughter began her preschool when she was only two and she's also a sensitive girl, she stopped crying after 2 months (2 hrs' school everyday, twice a week). I wanted to give my daughter an easier start so I chose a school which had a very small class (4-6 kids, 1 teacher and 1 assistant, besides, 2 of the other kids were Chinese) for her to start. The teachers were really nice and patient and they just comforted my daughter in their arms whenever she cried. At the very beginning she even didn't let them hold her but later on I think gradually that helped her build up trust and bonding to the teachers. Also, what 小珠 suggested should be very helpful for your daughter to make friends in her class.
