没你想的那么吓人.

What Google said is to increase the proportion of the underrepresented minority BY 30%. 

NOT increase TO 30%.

 

These two are VERY different. Currently they have about 6.3% black+latino among leadership, then their goal is to get 6.3%*1.3=8.2%. The actual increase is only 1.9%
