品德和才华一样，也有个天赋问题：）

看了网友的“家德值万金“的贴和大伙的回帖，想起不久前的一个想法，就是：
才华有个天赋问题，人的品德也是，只是好像大家不太注意。

看到明朝方孝孺，被永乐皇帝朱棣，当庭残杀，并诛连十族。其人除了文章盖冠外，超拔的气节和道德水准，照耀千古。看后就想, 这样超拔的气节和道德水准，并不是想做就做得到的，必须其人道德天赋极高。

其实，稍加注意，就会发现，一母生九子，九子各不同；不仅是指智力才华，而且个人天生的品德也是大异其趣的。

通常，因材施教，要看个人的天赋，指的是才智方面。看了“家德值万金“大伙的回帖，特别是冬里网友提出“心理问题“；对于德育教育，也是要注意每个小孩的天赋不一，也有一个量体裁衣的问题。在才德的天赋上同时着眼下手，会不会相得益彰，事半功倍？这似乎是一个更大的题目。
