Do not cite NBA, NFL, NHL in AA discussions

You know they will not fly. I am sure you read the Justice' opinions since the very begining of the controversy. Did they ever cite NBA? Or U.S. Table Tennis Team? Or U.S. Olympics Swimming Team? Or U.S. gardners? Taxi drivers?

 

Stop fooling yourself with such "arguments."  They are irrelevant in discussions of the race factor in higher education.

 

As to the racial profile of the whole nation, like 50% of Americans would be hispanic in 30 years, that is a good argument. The tide will change. The percentage of Asians in top schools will shrink in 30 years for obvious reasons.
