Late Justice Scalia.
Did he support AA? No. He was one major force against all kinds of AA.
Did he write rebuttal opinions? Yes. Many.
Did he cite NBA in his rebuttals? Never.
He is one of the most out-spoken Justices: Right or wrong, never in doubt.
What does the above tell you about citing NBA in AA in high education? It is never too late to learn.
AA has its scope: government-related hiring/contracts; and higher education.
AA is irrelevant in private inductries (NBA) or religious organizations (KKK).
AA is irrelevant in kindergarten, elementary school, middle school, and high school (unenforceable; parents here do know this, right? Does Hunter College Elementary School recruit minority students by lowering their standards? How about Stuyvesant High School?).
Citing NBA in discussion of AA in higher education only shows your ignorance, not legal acumen.
Feel free to cite NBA in discussions of AA in higher education. But consider yourself warned . . .
如果老赵的律师都不 cite 这个 NBA,那说明??
