He may get confused on language (Chinese and English). It is good that you have been awared of this situation. Try to focus on one language and talk to him often. Reading some interested/interactived books may help. Such as "Very Hungry Caterpillar" "Do not let Pigon Drive the Bus", "Spot...", etc.
