i heard that boys talk late. You need to find the following:
1. did he has hearing proBut she is a girl. i heard that boy*****lem? Did he response to your voice?
2. Did he make other sounds even if it is not words?
3. some kids just talk late. my neighbor's son did not talk until 2+.
