blaming kids, should look into ourselves for solutions. If you feel helpless and couldn't establish authority with your kid without hitting them, come here ask for advice on non-violent way of raising kids. Hitting is not a way of education. It is a raw power demonstration. If your 初衷 is to find a better way to educate, please, discuss more on how to deal with kids non-violently, rather than talk about "skills" of hitting, such as how often or how hard one should hit.
