有感于email称谓

尽管有研究说明你用的字数越少，收信人觉得你越rude。但从发信人角度可能并非如此。以我多次和老师，家长打交道的情况看，没有称谓的回复是非常谱遍的。甚至还有人爱用多个感叹号。不能太说明什么。相对来说外国人倒是比较注意。在公司也是这样。下面的问题，老师没有和家长联系是有疏忽，但是此类问题只能当面谈，甚至电话都不好说。我有深刻的教训。
