Actually, messages between my boss or with other directors, quit

 

each other's names. Guess it also depends on your working environment, mine is pretty casual most of the times.

For VP, even senior VP's emails, VERY OFTEN, their emails are short and brief. Even my VP told me that when you reply to senior management team, always try to be short and brief. They don't have too much patient to read long emails.
