毕业拿不到教职，找不到好工作，只好一直读博士后，或做实验员，收入很低。

我儿子以前一直想读MD-PHD，对生物学研究很有兴趣，大二的一个暑假拿到一个项目资助到某大学跟某著名教授做实验。在实验室里跟那些博士后，博士们混得很熟，结果一个暑假下来，我看到他情绪有点低落。原来他受到那些未来很不确定的博士后和博士的影响，他说生物研究成功的偶然性太大，最后研究有所突破，能成功的只是极少数人。他们除了天份，努力之外，还需要有运气。他说天份和努力自己有把握，可是运气却无法控制。他不愿意把自己的前途寄托在运气上，所以他放弃了搞研究的梦想，一心一意的考MD了，后来有MD-PHD的机会他都坚决放弃了。

搞生物研究真不容易，能坚持下去，做出成绩的一定是超人。
