12岁孩子戴brace前把四颗一点没长出的智齿都让oral surgeon 拔了，好吗？

我昨天带女儿去看orthodontist. 他采用damon brace, 建议最好把四颗还没冒出来的智齿（x光片显示已在gum下了）都请oral surgeon 拔了，一月后，再上牙套。他说是用sedation，不是全麻。
请问这种方案好吗？

另外两个医生用传统brace,建议拔4个premolar,不动没出来的智齿。 但我担心将来若
智齿也拔了，就只有24颗牙了，是否少了点。
