Thanks 二哥 for the advice. I agree major is more important than school. That's why he intends to study CS as a major (for making a living) and Music as a minor (for personal enrichment). I would be very happy if he would go to CMU or Michigan to major in CS. After a dozen campus tours, he likes Ivies' environment the most -- less rigid and liberal-arts focused which he prefers. At the same time the Ivies offer good CS programs as well. Thanks again. Tallship
