请给我解惑：为什么有的Pokeman卡会比另外一些贵很多？

除去印的东西不同，卡片本身我看着都一样。但有的$2.50,有的$0.25. 感觉是变相发行不能流通的“货币”。（我儿子用了2个BayBlade换了7张卡。我才知道卡片价格能差那么多。我觉得Pokeman卡这么卖很没道理。）
