What's wrong with playing pokemon cards?

My son learned/practiced reading, math, trading, value and made a lot of friends through pokemon.

If it is because of money, pokemon cards are a lot cheaper than piano lessons.  I invested in about $100 in pokemon cards.  My son used this to trade and battle for the ones he want.
