美国的家庭年收入中位是5万，华裔，我要每记错的话，是六万八钱。按我老人家的计算，家庭年收入目前在十一万的，付给藤校的钱和州大相近。也就是说，藤校录取，家庭年收入在十一万一下的，上藤校要么和州大付的钱一样，要么少。这个十一万远远高于六万八的华裔中位家庭年收入，也就是说大部分家庭其实是上藤校和州立差不多，或更合算。（同样的EFC,州立给前不会有藤校大方的。），所以，大部分人就是从钱上看，也该target藤校。

 

州里付全部学费的人数是有限制的。你的比较必需严格定义--孩子被州大和藤大同时录取，两边的差价到什么程度（0-50000），该放弃藤大。：）。
