借这里的人气问个和子女无关但和孩子他爹有关的问题吧

昨天半夜,老公才做实验回来. 把我推醒了,说闯红灯被警察逮住了. 我吓了一跳, 他从来都是文明驾车的, 这大半夜的跟谁飙车呢? 然后他自己说太烦了, 都不想活了;说有一天大半夜的在黑估咙洞的限速20的小路上开到55迈,就想一头撞死. 我真是被他吓着了. 他以前可从来没有表现的这么脆弱过.

我知道他现在的压力很大. 在学术上,他对自己要求很高, 想尽早发好文章,可他的这个课题偏偏很难搞. 他人聪明又勤奋,可课题不行也没办法, 他竭尽全力的去拼, 可结果总是不能让人满意. 连他老板都觉的他给自己的压力太大, 劝他去休假了. 其实他不说我也知道, 看到他以前的还需要他指导做实验的同学都发nature了, 他心里不好受. 可这课题不一样,没法比的啊. 我也曾劝他换个课题或实验室, 可他又觉的还有希望做下去, 想再坚持一阵. 可现在他都开始怀疑做这个破生物有什么意思了, 这可是当初他最坚定的选择啊. 在生活上, 我刚开始怀老二, 反应特别重, 一天到晚吐的连五脏六腑都要出来了, 所有的家务活都得他干, 辛辛苦苦做的饭看我吃不上几口就得跑到洗手间去吐, 他又觉的很挫败. 他可能是太累了, 想从我这里得到安慰, 我又没精力给他, 他就变的更灰心丧气了. 我挺心疼他的, 又不知道该怎么安慰他. 昨天半夜强打精神, 陪他聊聊, 劝慰了一阵, 好不容易让他入睡了. (他是睡了,我自己又跑到洗手间里吐了个昏天黑地, 我也不想活了! 唉!)

想问问这里的男士, 你们碰到这么大的压力时, 你希望你的爱人为你做点什么? 怎么
劝慰才对你们有益啊? 这里的女士, 你们是怎么帮你们的爱人缓解压力的?这里的同胞们都是热心人, 给我点主意吧, 我不想让压力把我们的家压垮. (其实真正的压力还在后面呢, 等我把老二生下来, 我们估计就只能挣扎着喘气了.:-( )
