一街之隔,房价差１５－２０％

镇上有个和邻镇交界的马路，一边属A镇管,一边属B镇管.房子大小,占地和其他种种都类似.但类似的房子Ａ边的就是要比B那头的贵１５－２０％，没办法就是学校的差别．其实B的学校很好,但大众的心理普遍觉得Ａ的学校好,要上A，就多交$．学区内,为了小学的区别,房价都还受影响.我看都差不多,但很多人不这么认位,愿意多付钱在房子上,去喜欢的小学.当大家都知道这些,对本不该在当地上学的孩子的家庭自然会有些看法．
