Thanks for your advice! Unfortunately I am a fitness newbie

and don't have much valuable experience to share. With that being said, I visit this forum mainly to get some inspiration from the impressive people here. I am a relaxed(aka lazy)person most of the time, and I appreciate people who shared their fitness journeys, daily exercise and mental struggles here, they absolutely cast a positive influence on me. I am not here to seek attentions or judgment from anyone.
I feel that you are trying too hard to get attention and you hold a grudge when you are not getting it :) Have a nice and productive day!
