也打卡一次：受网友芳草自斜阳的帖子的影响，周六去了Ponit Dume看花

周六hiking 看花，从Zuma到Point Dume再到Paradise Cove. 看到了花儿，鸟儿，海狮海豚鲸鱼。还淌水抄近路呵呵

回家后weight training一个小时。

周日雨中tempo tun 5 miles（跟这里的大侠比不值得一提哈，主要雨大而且跟别人一起跑的）. 试用了新买的挂掌，脚一直没有不舒服，脚踝也就一开始有一点感觉。感谢大家的帮助！
