欣闻盐教授BQ成功，真让人欢欣鼓舞。关注光盐同学从他的长途徒步东部山脉开始，看他脚下走出老茧破皮，去年成功大铁三项，到今天BQ。让人看到榜样的力量，设立目标和为达到目标一步一步脚踏实地地努力。撒花祝贺庆祝，还是雪花儿，无穷无尽的雪花儿。

吐槽一下北极熊居住之所，今年创纪录的温暖冬天，下了创纪录的雪。昨天收到铲雪公司新的账单，今年降雪量远超寻常年份，铲雪合同需要加价(o^^o)

加拿大漫长的冬天，如果不学会与这些雪花儿相处共存，很多人会Winter Blue的。一旦学会玩儿雪， 你会嫌弃冬天太短。冰雪运动一一数来：溜冰，冰钓，雪溜子， 冰溜子，越野滑雪，雪上鞋行（印地安人的雪鞋），雪上自行车，雪中跑步，高山滑雪（雪板儿），雪上风筝，雪地摩托……
最不想运动的，养条德国短尾猎牧，每天让它领着你出门儿(^^)

我的目标很简单，养好hip继续跑步。

今天的雪，从昨晚开始一直下一直下，估计有20-30cm。昨天刚压过的越野滑雪道完完全全被覆盖，异常艰难地滑倒林子里，看见最后几张雪景，再辛苦也值得了。滑雪板儿急需打蜡养护适合现在的高温天气。
