落花或其他的医生朋友， 能帮我看看我的甲状腺指标吗？

跟家庭医生讨论过，没得到令人满意的回答，只说很多因素影响甲状腺。我这几年一直吃75mcg 的药。

困惑我的几个问题： 1） 虽然一直吃一样计量的药，我的TSH 值这几年忽上忽下是什么原因？

2）从今年的结果看，free T4 is normal, TSH indicates "hyperthyroidism (甲状腺分泌过多)“， 但

Total T3 indicates "hypothyroidism" (甲状腺分泌过少)". 我自己两方面的症状都不是很明显 （也可能我太

不敏感）。医生虽然把我的药剂量降到50mcg, 可我现在不太敢吃了。我就几天吃一次，也不知这样好不好。
