运动锻炼真的是很个人的事,太多种的方式,没有绝对的最优。可以让你坚持下来,享受过程的,同时你的心态体态进步的,就是最适合的。跟以前的自己比就行。我可以天天跑五六迈,没问题,但我更喜欢在GYM里,Weighted Cardio + Weighted Abs within one hour is the most effective and productive workout for me on daily basis and making me sweat like a horse. I enojoy it much more than running.
