偶上次早跑还在大学里，，，辅导员站在大雾里敲章，黑，小冷，年轻的脚步，，，

感谢坛亲们的鼓励，跑渣们的分享，跑神们的激励，偶终于坚持到了19号。

晨练就要这样搞下去了！

口号：起床就干。
