咬牙切齿的跑完了

今天长跑，外面的温度想想还是算了，人受得了手机和水也受不了。家里的跑步机坏了，新的还在路上。只能去gym，运气不错，没有等就一直有跑步机可以用。一共三台跑步机，三个小时都没等，锦鲤体质又显现了嘻嘻
